ASIC Cancels AFS Licence of Superfast AM
On 17 February 2026, ASIC cancelled the AFS Licence of Superfast AM Pty Ltd as part of an ongoing investigation involving the company and related parties. Financial Dispute Legal is pursuing complaints against former Superfast-authorised advisers over investment advice linked to associated entities, with matters still ongoing.
On 17 February 2026 ASIC announced the cancellation of the AFS Licence of financial services company Superfast AM Pty Ltd (Superfast). In the notice released on the ASIC website, ASIC states that the cancellation of Superfast’s AFS Licence is part of an ongoing investigation that includes Superfast and associated entities and individuals. Former Corporate Authorised Representatives of Superfast have included:
- Apex Financial Planning Pty Ltd
- Echelon Financial Pty Ltd
- Taurus Equity Pty Ltd
- Gillett Enterprises TAS Pty Ltd
- IC Data Pty Ltd, and
- AMRAM Corp Pty Ltd
Financial Dispute Legal are pursuing complaints against advisors who were authorised by Superfast in respect of advice provided to invest into companies associated with Superfast representatives and directors. The Complaints are ongoing.
