On 25 September 2025 the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) announced that United Global Capital’s (UGC) AFCA membership has been reinstated until 5pm 31 March 2026. This means that anyone who received advice from UGC to invest but missed the previous deadline of 31 May 2025 can now lodge complaints with AFCA.
