Financial Dispute Legal has been investigating claims involving the First Guardian since August 2024.  In recent decisions of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), advice provided by other financial advisors to invest into First Guardian was described as a “high-risk strategy with inadequate diversification”.
