Notice to Investors in the VentureCrowd Trust No. 0481 (Albany Creek)

FD Legal is investigating claims from investors advised to invest in VentureCrowd Trust No. 0481, despite it being limited to wholesale investors. Concerns include ineligibility, lack of distributions, and potential loss in investment value due to possibly inappropriate financial advice.

FD Legal are investigating claims on behalf of investors who received advice to invest into an investment called VentureCrowd Trust No. 0481 (Albany Creek) (The VC Fund) offered by VentureCrowd Nominees Pty Ltd.  We have spoken with investors who received advice from their financial advisor to invest into the VC Fund.  Investors are now concerned that their investment in the VC Fund has lost value with no distributions being paid.

We understand that advisors have recommended clients to invest into the VC Fund despite the investment being open to only wholesale investors.  Concerns have been raised that the investors were not wholesale investors and were not eligible to invest.
